If you Snooze your alarm your commitment for the day might sleep away. So, sit back relax and think before you sleep.
if you wake up at night don't watch time because your mind will start processing the hour of sleep left and start to feel rush or bored. when you feel asleep your mind will process on that and soon the alarm will hit you will feel lazy and say let me sleep a few more hours. so wake up don't watch time have water and sleep.
