It’s so wonderful to know at least which state are you in. controlling and manipulating your thoughts requires a lot of energy and constant focus. We shift so easily from being here to there. It takes a fraction of a second and we don’t even realize it. This human mechanism and our intelligence are hijacked today by so-called powerful countries and high-end business companies. They are constantly using this human mechanism of shifting from being here to there to run their businesses and cope with your thoughts accordingly. How often you realize, you had a conversation with your friend about having dinner with your favorite person last night and you see the ad running, the next day of food items on your wall. This is just a simple example of using our data as a medium to endorse their product. So it is time to stay back and think about how our human mechanism works. How we think, how we act why we love something, and hate.

Beginning with how we act, it’s mainly dependent on our surroundings. If you are not the person who keeps noticing why you choose to do things today. You need to start observing around you. From the very first step of the day to the end, you constantly keep changing from what you do and what you won't do. In other words, we get influenced easily. We get diverted easily. It’s really amazing to see how fast our minds and body function. Reacts, leave, join combine in a fraction of a second. We always get surprised by the functioning of the computer we built but never been fascinated by the mechanism of our body and mind. Isn’t it surprising? We get surprises from our body often from being so healthy to be in a bed for 2-3 days. Isn’t this, because we ignore what must be done to the body and do the rest of the activities. We do something and regret it later. Isn’t this being unaware of our thoughts and our desires? Hell, a lot of questions to ask ourselves and find an answer by our own observation than being getting all the generalized answers around.

Coming to why we love and hate something it is because of chemicals we release in the brain. Dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphin is the four reasons why we love and hate something. The amount of release of any of these chemicals determines our level of happiness mainly satisfaction and our focus.
Let us understand by few examples- when you want a beautiful dress for many days in a row and one day you get ready to go out just to buy that dress. Remember how good you felt you constantly keep choosing the size and color that you are going to buy. So when you approach your unmet need dopamine plays an important role. Oxytocin is released when you get a sense of social support. Serotonin is released when we see an advantage. When you know you gonna beat your brother's ass and still he can’t do anything. The feeling of being superior. These all chemicals in the brain are released and controlled by our past experiences. So we always try to stimulate good feeling as it worked in the past although the result is unfortunate. Since it all depends on past experience, it’s hard to form a new trail. It takes a lot of energy and courage. When you form a new habit and work on it consistently you can change your release of chemicals on your brain. We must keep in mind the fact that this chemical release is for a very short span of time. You always have to do more to get more. It is like a cycle from “etikai gareko -no work” to addiction because you have to do more to get the same pleasure you get the day before. It is thus important to understand and make our mind work for our well-being rather than against us. It is as simple to understand all these because the incident happens in our lives daily and we know the chemical will push us to do more. But, being aware and pushing our self to not fall into the trap of addiction is challenging and not everyone can do that. I already mentioned, it takes a lot of energy and courage. We feel drain and energy less during the process. Chemical release on another task is so low, we constantly need to control ourselves on not falling again into a trap. If we give arose to the same small feeling, the chemical will again be dominant it pushes us to do the "trap task" anyhow or will disturb you to maximum potential until you shift to some other task. It’s interesting and even more joyful to practice the dopamine detox or any other chemical detox. It is an adventure. it is a challenge and even more beautiful, it is going to change your life forever. We don’t focus much on this type of thing as we are constantly busy trying to fill up our self with information, entertainment, and fantasies. We are shaping our self with the choices we are making today and trying to give the name fate later when it does not work in our favor. We are heading towards a serious problem fully unaware and unconscious.
As of now, we understood the fraction part of our human working mechanism.
it is now we should be aware of how we are shaped by these so-called high tech companies and powerful countries. We as individual human beings have our own interests. we have our own social media handles. Facebook Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber, Youtube, Gmail. whatever we do is governed by them and they feed us the information they wanted basing on our interest. we easily grabbed our interest without hesitation and slowly we are shaped by the thoughts given by them. They control our desires wants and many more. Data centered world is more dangerous than we have thought.
they are basically feeding us, switching us, bonding us, separating us, and doing all the things they possibly can do. And this will increase in the future to even manipulate more. So it is now time to think properly and understand ourselves. Let us not drive ourselves by external stimuli and help ourselves to get away from addiction. Understand the working of our mechanism feed us the way we want and use social media sites only for our benefits. let's make the best use of the online menu available to strengthen us. Let us control the internet and social media and not let them control
us. We have enough examples around us to see if we use anything consciously we will get a better result and it will increase our dominancy on ourselves. once we get controlled by ourselves, it is obvious, I told you in the first line we will be living life. The state of flow.
